Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Ashley, IN Area (Secure Parking Required)
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average Weekly: $1,850
- Mileage Pay: $0.80 – $0.86 CPM (based on experience)
Additional Pay:
- $325 per load (includes unload)
- $30 backhaul pay
- Sign-on bonus available
🚚 POSITION DETAILS
- Freight: Dry Van
- Unload: 100% Driver Unload (roller system, box-by-box)
- Routes Include:
- Indiana
- Michigan
- Illinois
- Ohio
- Wisconsin
- Loads: Avg 3 loads/week
- 3–5 stops per route
- Live unload
- Schedule: Early morning deliveries
- Night driving required
- Weekend & holiday work possible
🏠 HOME TIME
⚠️ REQUIREMENTS
- CDL-A required
- Minimum 3 months experience
- Must be physically able to unload freight
- Must have secure truck parking (home or gated location)
Not Eligible If Recently With:
- USA Truck
- Hirschbach (unless worked elsewhere since)

- Heavy physical work (box-by-box unload)
- Tight backing locations
- Weather exposure (hot/cold conditions)
- Customer-facing role
🎓 TRAINING & ORIENTATION
- Ride-along training (1 week minimum) – $150/day
- Orientation: 3 days
